1. Scope
This Expert Services Addendum governs professional services engagements, such as implementation, consulting, or training, described in an applicable statement of work.
2. Statements of work
Each engagement is defined in a statement of work that describes the services, deliverables, timeline, and fees. In the event of a conflict, the statement of work controls for that engagement.
3. Deliverables
Unless otherwise stated, deliverables are provided to support your use of the Services and are subject to the intellectual property terms of the base agreement.
