The addendum governing flowbit's processing of personal data on behalf of customers.
1. Roles
This Data Processing Addendum ("DPA") forms part of the agreement between the customer (as controller) and flowbit (as processor) and governs the processing of personal data.
2. Processing details
flowbit processes personal data only on documented instructions from the customer and for the purpose of providing the Services, unless required otherwise by law.
3. Security and subprocessors
flowbit implements appropriate technical and organizational measures and engages subprocessors under written terms consistent with this DPA. A current list of subprocessors is maintained on the Subprocessors page.
